1. Eligibility:

• This offer is available only to new clients who have not previously engaged with Pixzelbee for paid or free services.

2. Design Scope:

The free design service is limited to one of the following:

• Thumbnail Design (e.g., for YouTube or blog previews)
• Social Media Post (static design, max dimensions: 4:3 ratio)
• Banner Design (web or digital ad banner)
• Print Design (maximum size: A4, one-sided only)

Note: Only a single design piece is provided per client. No combinations or variations will be accepted.

3. No Revisions Policy:

• The free design service is provided on a "like it or not" basis.
• No revisions, edits, or alternate versions will be made for free designs.
• Clients who wish to request changes or enhancements must proceed with a paid service agreement.

4. Delivery Format:

• The design will be delivered in a high-quality static image format (e.g., PNG or JPEG).
• Source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included in the free offer.

5. Ownership & Usage:

• Pixzelbee retains full copyright of the design unless the client enters into a paid agreement.
• Clients may use the design non-commercially for preview or review purposes.

6. Response Time:

• Design delivery may take 2–5 business days depending on the request and current workload.
